About The Founder
Mbali Nkosi is the founder of Zizimbali, a professional Construction Civil Engineering Technician and a Project Manager. She is qualified and highly skilled in both fields of Civil Engineering and Project Management and property management. Ms Nkosi obtained the following key qualifications:
• National Diploma Civil Engineering, 2015
• Diploma in Advance Project Management, 2005
• RICS Accredited Mediator 2015
Ms Nkosi’s key experiences include: property development, project feasibility and viability studies, contracts management, contract financial planning, project cost audits and budgeting, asset and utilities management. Her career spans across vast spectrum of public and private projects including commercial, leisure, community monuments and government buildings. Ms Nkosi’s experience comes in very lucrative in the firm as she brings in the vast knowledge in planning, compliance and execution of a project.

Covid - 19 Policy
Policy Statement
COVID–19, the World Health Organization declared the infectious disease caused by coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 a pandemic on March 12, 2020. Shortly thereafter and on the 15 March 2020, our President declared a National State of Emergency with raft regulations to attempt to contain the spread of Covid-19 within our country.
Entering the unchartered grounds with the surge spread of the virus, we as a company identified a gap in market whereby we could assist the government with containing the spread of the virus.
ZiziMbali has established an internal task team that has collaborated in gathering information necessary to assist with spread of the virus and equally put together measurements and allocate resources in this regard.
